Loomaru is built around one main principle: would I be 100% satisfied buying this product or service, could I easily recommend it to friends and family, and would the price be easy to explain? That is it.

Incentives stay coherent.
Flat, revenue-band pricing works because there is no VP of Growth whose quota says otherwise. No usage-based fee that wants your spend higher. No per-event charge that would tempt me to inflate a number. Owner-run is the only shape in which the pricing page's claim — we make money when you do — actually holds.

What this shape costs me.
There is a cost to anything, and this shape of the company is no exception.

Timezone-shaped response times.
Prague hours by default. Most messages inside the business day are answered within a few hours; out-of-hours escalation is email with a phone-call fallback for merchants on an active incident.

Concentration risk, named clearly.
If I am unavailable for an extended period, the service keeps running on automation. Loomaru is fully automated, and in the unlikely apocalypse scenario where the managed service stops working, we deploy a backup on the client's store that continues working even without us.

Building with a team.
Loomaru is built with help from contract developers and great people who are not 100% inside the company, but are available when needed. That creates a dynamic where, even when more people are working, I am 100% responsible for each line of code I push to production, increasing product velocity and pressure on me.

No enterprise surface area.
If your procurement team needs a named dedicated CSM, a quarterly business review, or a custom MSA negotiated redline-by-redline, I am not that shape today. The Terms bundle a GDPR Article 28 DPA and a CCPA Service Provider Addendum as default — that covers most reviews — but an enterprise motion is not what this service is.
